Access to and use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully, as use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Bilby & Moss shall, under no circumstances, be held responsible for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the use or reliance on content provided through this site, the site itself or any other website accessed through this site.

Payment Terms

Seller accepts Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. Credit card orders in excess of $1,000 will be charged before shipment. Please note that customers will be billed in US dollars (USD).


Customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges. Orders received after 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) will be shipped by the following business day, subject to availability. Inventory will fluctuate on seasonal items. Orders are normally shipped by Federal Express. Seller will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by a carrier. Shipping charges may be billed separately on credit card orders. Seller is not liable for any lost or stolen goods that are delivered to a residence without requiring a signature. 

Price Policy

Prices indicated are subject to change without notice. Styles shown are available while quantities last. All merchandise will be shipped at the prices in effect at the time of shipping. Bilby & Moss reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics. All orders are subject to availability.

Notice of Defects

Seller cannot guarantee variances in COLOR, SHADE, &/or SIZE. Customer is responsible for ordering the right size upon check out & inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Customer shall notify Seller through phone or email WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CUSTOMER'S RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE of any claims for damages resulting from late delivery or any defect in the merchandise discovered by Customer, including, without limitation, claims related to shortages, quality, or specification. Seller shall not be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party other than Customer. 

Returns and Cancellations

Authorized returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 15 days after receipt of merchandise. Customer should notify the seller regarding the returned merchandise or refund through email.Customer's failure to provide written notice of a claim, as set forth in these Terms and Conditions of Sale, shall constitute a waiver of any claim Customer may have for damages resulting from such defects, including late delivery. Customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of Seller's error. Bilby & Moss is not responsible for lost shipments on items being returned. Bilby & Moss will cover the freight costs for shipping exchanged items to the Customer. All sales are final on "SALE" items; returns are not accepted on sale items under any circumstances. Returns will not be accepted on merchandise that has been altered, laundered or modified in any way. All damaged or incorrect items will need to be sent back to Bilby & Moss for a credit. Bilby & Moss will send a prepaid shipping label to Customer for the damaged or incorrect item to be sent back to Bilby & Moss.


All material on this website, including without limitations, all text, photographs, images, graphics, audio clips, software and other materials which form part of this website are protected by copyright. All rights reserved.


Under no circumstances shall Bilby & Moss be liable for any losses or damages from the use of, or reliance on, the information, or use of the website. Bilby & Moss makes no warranty, or guarantee as to the content, accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the information or that the information may be relied upon for any reason. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Bilby & Moss harmless from any and all liabilities, costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees, arising from the use of the website.


This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Bilby & Moss (company) and you (customer). This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of AZ. The section titles in these Terms and Conditions of Sale are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

Exclusion of Warranty

Information, services or data on this site may contain typographic errors or inaccuracies and is therefore provided to you "as is" and should be used at your own risk.

Customer's can choose whether the package will be sent on your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process. Please note that the amount of time that the shipment takes to arrive to you is an approximation. All orders are sent via FedEx domestic or international unless otherwise specified by the buyer. Bilby & Moss is not responsible for any delays that the courier incurs.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a refund or exchange. We will refund or exchange any unwashed or unworn merchandise with a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase. Your original shipping costs will not be refunded and you are responsible for the shipping costs to return an item for credit or return but we will send you a replacement for no additional shipping charge. Please note that items must be returned within 15 days from the date of shipment for exchange or refund. We will not accept garments that has been laundered or altered in any way. Select sale items and clearance items are final sale. Exchanges are accepted on the same style only. Please email us stating the size you require for exchange & include the tracking number of your shipment.

If in case you request a refund, we will credit you back the value of your returned items after our Returns Dept has completed processing your return within one week.
